OVO D3: We loved the OVO D3 and it was indeed a pleasant surprise for me. Ovo is quickly becoming one of our favorite brands, largely to do with its higher end finishing and luxury feel and great prices but this vibrator in particular makes its case.
The feminine, almost cutesy appearance doesn’t properly represent how powerful and impressive this toy turned out to be.
I dare to say it’s power is competition for my favorite bullet but with more bells & whistles.
The Mr.’s 2 cents – I love the lux feel and manufacturing that OVO brings for the price…. While the D3 packs more power than a basic buzz it’s not quite as strong as our favorite clitoral toy but it is easier to control because of the size and material. While I am not the receiver the functionality is important to me because I need to be able to control it on demand so that I don’t break any rhythm and so that I get full use of it in low light or the dark. The D3 fulfills all of those needs so I give it a thumbs up.
The D3, is small but sizeable for a clitoral toy, around 4 inches long so. The stubby, rounded head (and in my case the pink color) gave off the deceitful impression that while this vibrator may eventually get the job, that it wouldn’t be very powerful or impressive.
I was wrong…very, very wrong.
For starters, each of the vibration patterns carry decent strength, though, some exchange some of the intensity for a more intricate vibe pattern so you still win. The vibe variations are also nice for prolonged use or for those who don’t enjoy as strong pulsations.
I personally consider the D3 to be better as a clitoral stimulant rather used vaginally though both still proved to be enjoyable. Each setting with both direct and indirect application were enjoyable, which is impressive since I’m more into indirect stimuli (most often direct is way too much for me and I end up feeling like a paraplegic).
The Mr.’s 2 cents – Like most men I want my wife to enjoy our intimate times and even the more when we incorporate toys and other intimacy enhancers. The D3 didn’t allow me to go overboard on power but it did allow me to achieve my goal using the different settings coupled with its pulsating strengths and it prove to be pleasurable which is GREAT!!!!
Not my favorite for an “inside job” but it turns out that the stubby rounded head I thought so little of at first glance, helped to enhance the feeling of each vibe setting more so than some of our larger vibes.
The smaller size of the D3 makes it easy to use and it’s one of the few of the quieter vibes that is quiet like the packaging suggests. Did I mention it’s shower proof which suggests wonderful options for future use.
